On the ground floor we find a large garage with capacity for several cars, behind it a large warehouse that can be used as a storage room and to one side a section adapted as a 2-bedroom house, American kitchen, living room and a bathroom. On the first floor is the second home in which we find a spacious and bright apartment, with the capacity to be converted to two as it has two kitchens, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony.
